I had been looking for outlet stores in Tokyo and Saitama area but the only outlet mall I know was in Koshigaya-shi in Saitama which is called the Koshigaya Laketown Outlet. There are lots of outlet stores in there, but I haven’t seen some brand that Im was looking for. Then I decided to search for more.
I remembered one of my coworker said about an outlet store in Yokohama. I searched for it and yeah, the Mitsui Outlet Park in Yokohama Bayside is what I found. So last Sunday, we went to Mitsui Outlet Park.
Mitsui Outlet Park is an outlet park underneath an endless expanse of sky, facing one of the largest marinas in Japan.
Mitsui Outlet Park Yokohama Bayside offers everything from brand name fashions to outdoor, sporting goods, shoes, kids and interior items and popular brands, and always at 30% to 70% off retail! In addition to being able to purchase items at reasonable prices only available at an outlet, visitors can enjoy a relaxing time in the restaurants and cafes facing one of the largest marinas in Japan while taking in the view of the endless expanse of sea and sky. Yokohama, where Mitsui Outlet Park Yokohama Bayside is located, is known as one of the origins of modern culture in Japan alongside Kamakura, where samurai society thrived.
I bought lots of stuff from bags to shoes for a minimal cost! I bought a bag from Coach factory outlet which costs JPY 40,000 if bought in a regular store. Guess how much It cost me?
I bought that nice bag for only JPY 11,000 as the outlet offers 50% on almost all items and additional 30% discount coupon when you come in their store giving you a total of 80% discount from the regular price. Yay! Also, I bought this running shoe for only JPY 4,990. Now I started running.
